Michigan’s Best Local Eats: Apple pie, sausage stuffing accent Eat’s ‘Reheat and Eat’ Thanksgiving takeaway menu

ANN ARBOR, MI — If you’re looking for a Thanksgiving feast — but none of the chopping, cooking or cleaning — Eat has your back.

Eat, 1906 Packard St., is offering a Thanksgiving “Reheat and Eat” menu featuring “classic sides with a twist,” said chef and co-owner Blake Reetz, adding that many of the dishes are familiar to most people, but are not necessarily something they would make at home.

Dishes include potato and celery root gratin, butternut squash and apple soup and Brussel sprouts chiffonade. Sausage and cherry stuffing, macaroni and cheese and whipped sweet potatoes with a maple glaze are also available.
